Monitoring

We are looking for a Monitoring agent with experience and knowledge in ITIL and experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.

In this role you will be ensure consistent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (80%).
  • CCNA/ASCA or equivalent desired
  • Scripting, and/or Linux.
  • Resolve issues by troubleshooting cloud infrastructure
  • Previous experience in call center is desirable.
  • With an academical background in, or currently studying, servers (AWS or Azure), data bases (SQL or Oracle) or Linux.
